  My wife and I loved this place, it's very local for us and we had a friend of ours recommend us to come here. We had some trouble reserving on the weekend a couple times but made it this evening for our third wedding anniversary and it was outstanding.
  
  You would not know it driving by and seeing the sign but this place is probably going to be one of our favorite local restaurants... and more than that just one of our favorite restaurants local or not. Louis our waiter was great, very helpful and entertaining. He made great suggestions which we tried and loved. He said the ravioli was one of their best options and for the secondi we had the osobuco which was also delicious with tiramisu for desert.
  
  The owner is the chef and the wife makes the desert, this is what quality should be.

  Wow I just realized that I never reviewed this place even though I've eaten here at least a dozen times.
  
  Here's a hint, go with the pasta.  Haha!
  
  Seriously I dare you to not be torn over ordering at least 5 dishes on this menu after you start to narrow it down.  
  
  Make sure to say hi to Gianmarco for me too!

  Good Italian food is always on no matter where you are in the universe and Pasta And... is one of those spots that you can always go to. Italians just know food and I have rarely ever had bad Italian food.
  
  When we found out about Pasta And... it didn't take long for us to make reservations. This place is pretty small so you rarely get a table if you walk in.
  
  The food and service is 5 star. We ordered a couple of appetizers which were delicious specially the 4 cheese one called Gnocchi Alla Romana. On the entree side we ordered the pear ravioli with mushroom sauce and Shell Pasta with Cognac sauce.
  
  The food was delicious and the service is amazing. The servers and chef keep an eye on all the tables and the chef personally came out of the kitchen to ask if we enjoyed the dinner.
  
  5 star spot get a reservation for sure.

  Love that their website states this in the beginning- "La vita e' una combinazione di magia e pasta" - " Life is a combination of magic and pasta."  I've been wanting to go to Pasta And...from awhile.  Glad I got to celebrate Eid by having dinner here.
  
  Service was top notch and extremely attentive.  Service alone is 10 stars.  The chef came to our table as well to make sure we were enjoying the food.  
  
  Food- Everything was close to perfection.
  
  Appetizers we ordered:
  
  Gnocchi Alla Romana-This was a four cheese appetizer, quite rich and tasty.
  
  Gamberi e Fagiolini- It consisted of sautéed shrimps with tomatoes, beans and garlic.  Extremely refreshing and light.
  
  Entrees-
  
  Lumache con Salsa Rosata al Cognac- This pasta had amazing fresh tomato taste with cream,butter,and mozzarella.
  
  Ravioli di Pera e Taleggio al Cacio e Pepe- Pear infused ravioli as well as cheese.  I wanted a bit more flavor of pear in this but nonetheless was good.
  
  Desserts-
  
  They have homemade desserts.  When we dining only two options for that evening: hazelnut cake or tiramisu.  I was so stuffed that we picked the hazelnut Nutella cake only. OMG-get it get it get it, that's all Im saying.  And next time I plan to save more room for dessert.
  
  All in all a hidden Italian gem in Margate.~

  Excellent....Excellent....Excellent!
  Service is outstanding & professionally friendly.
  Authentic Italian cuisine. I had the most amazing pumpkin & fresh sage filled ravioli with a creamy buttery sauce. AH-MAZING!!!!!!
  Highly recommend!
